Welcome to all of our new (and old) users. We are nearing our first birthday and spring as well, the hormones must be rushing. Since Horsemage have not created any new artwork I decided to widen the scope a little. It is now allowed and encouraged to post your own drawings of anything and all hooved. A discussion around artistic values of limp poses would also be great in our forum. And after well a year of slow times, I decided to properly fill and tag the Gallery. And as always I wish you all a very happy stay. Please remember to stick by our rules, and remember that we as a community of common minded people need to contribute for the benefit of the whole of our little society. A forum cannot be uplifted by any single person and his humble contributions. So go ahead and get postin'!

Gallery Online

After some work on making new albums and categories the main feature of this site - the Gallery is online. It has albums of both art from Horse Mage, and pieces that are drawn for him, or were based on his work. Anything that is not tame is restricted to users only.

Be polite, and treat others with respect. Simple. Effective. Proven.

Make friends, be social. This page is a community with several other users. Make friends, post art, and enjoy everything this site has to offer.
If you encounter fellow users being obnoxious we suggest:
- Take a break and step away from the situation, especially before responding. Give yourself time to cool down. Commenting out of haste or anger or outright retaliating against the user could result in action being taken against yourself as well. Harassment can go both ways, and retaliatory comments against users will not be tolerated.
- If harassment continues do not leave shouts or direct comments. In addition, DO NOT RESPOND towards any troll-like or harassing behavior. Doing so can cause complications, and only incite the offending parties.

This site strives to allow users freedom of expression where possible, but asks users refrain from making comments, statements or posting material which is racist, bigoted, defamatory, otherwise offensive towards any particular sexuality, philosophy, religion, illegal gambling (raffles, games of chance) or content alluding to illegal activity or child pornography. Consequences

Violation of the Code of Conduct, may result in action taken against your account, including but not limited to following:

Temporary suspension. Suspension times will vary based on A) the severity of the offense, B) the user's history and number of prior warnings or violations and C) any previous suspensions. Suspension will vary by the severity of action taken.
Repeated and continued violations of site policy can result in a permanent suspension of your account without warning or notice. Some offenses warranting immediate permanent suspension, including without limitation: hacking, fraud, severe racial remarks, posting real nudity, account abuse creation, posting viruses or URLs to viruses.

This site is not obligated to send you a warning before these actions occur. We assume no liability for any losses resultant due to suspension, temporary or permanent.

Account Registration

By registering an account you agree that all information provided is truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to close any account created with falsified information. In addition, you agree to keep keep your e-mail address accurate and up-to-date (as is necessary to contact you or provide password resets).

This site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Accounts created by underage users will be closed without warning (and it will be on the user to provide verification they are of sufficient legal age to continue use of the site).

This site is primarily geared towards the artistic community, and contains mature content. The ability to view mature art is enabled by default. By viewing the mature content you agree that 1) you are of legal age (18) and that 2) you are not lying about your age. Users found misrepresenting their age and date of birth will be suspended.

We encourage parents and guardians to be familiar with the sites their children visit, and to take a part in their children's lives. It is your role, as parent to your children, to monitor and police your children. The internet is not a babysitter.

The site will not be held accountable for your children lying and viewing mature art, and we will do everything in our power to limit their ability to do so.

Account Information & Security

We value your privacy, and we are committed to safeguarding your personal information to the best of our ability. We will never use, share or distribute personally identifiable information (birth date, e-mail address, ISP/IP or other aliases) except when such actions are necessary to:

to comply with law enforcement;
to protect or defend our legal rights, property or interests;

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and accept all responsibility for any damages or loss resulting from willful negligence on your account security.

We does not engage in active data collection of its users. Your personal information will not be resold or distributed except within our network (main site, forums).

Enforcement Policy

We will uphold our policies and actively protect the interests of the site and our members. This includes, but not limited to: stopping art theft/tracing, identity theft or attempts at financial harm, personal harassment or organizing trolling, piracy or other illegal activity or any activity which we feel is a threat to the site or its community.

We are committed to fair and equal treatment. Suspected violations will be investigated before action is taken. Members are expected to follow requests or instructions by site staff. We will only enforce its policies against actions made within the site's domain (read: if it doesn't happen on *horsemageart.clan.su it's not our problem).

Users found in violation may have action taken against their account depending on the severity of the action at the admin's discretion. In reasonable violations, staff will provide a warning to the user. Action taken by the staff may involve removal of submissions and comments or the temporary suspension. Repeat violations of the TOS rules will result in permanent suspension of your account.

Our Rights

Our staff reserve the rights of the following:

to remove content (submissions, comments, etc.) not in accordance with site policy;
to modify submissions (editing will be limited to: adding/editing categories, keywords, ratings, comments or titles not in line with site policy);

Account Abuse, Suspension & Misc

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice. Attempts to circumvent age locks, temporary suspensions or otherwise evade admin actions will result in permanent banning and the closure of all accounts owned by the user. Further, you agree to not hold us liable for loss of data/information or any financial complications resulting from site termination.

Secondary Accounts - We permit users to create multiple accounts provided the accounts are used for a legitimate purpose. Secondary accounts created for the purpose of "sock puppeting" is prohibited.
Group Accounts - Group accounts are not permitted and We take no responsibility for actions taken by anybody with access to shared accounts.
Impersonation Accounts - Accounts impersonating celebrities or other members of the community on our site are prohibited.

Network Availability

We makes every possible effort to achieve maximum up-time. However, outages and maintenance are unavoidable. We are not responsible for losses attributed to scheduled downtime, unforeseen outages or any other general lack of availability.

Storage Policy

We provided storage for our users to keep and maintain their data on the site. However,We ARE NOT a backup service, and we are not responsible for long term archival of user data or loss of files. We encourage users to keep regular backups and archives of their data using a service and/or storage media intended for that purpose.

Hello and welcome.

After some time of admiring the art of Horse Mage on www.fchan.us /ah section I decided to make a site devoted to him, his art and the themes displayed in it. So far this page is under construction. I have taken a bold step since the contents of this side are of an adult nature and the themes they displayed are highly discussed.

To start out the page would host a gallery of Horse Mage's art and a discussion forum around the themes displayed in his artworks.

Some legal notices

Persons under the legal age in their countries should leave now. This site contains drawn furry death, works of fiction and discussions around it and is suited for persons aged twenty and above. The creator of this site is not liable for any contents therein and the individual user's meaning can divulge from that of the Editor and Redactor. No real life death will be accepted or tolerated, neither is it condoned or encouraged. You have been warned.
